A: 对极了! green hand是新手的意思。对于我们三年级的小朋友，在学习英语上都是green hand，所以上英语课时一定要认真听讲，这样才能成为日后学习英语的大行家。
B.请同学们进入我们的第二个版块：“Say you Say me”，说你说我。
A.我国素称礼仪之邦，其重视礼节程度不亚于欧美任何一国。但是由于中西风俗习惯有很大的差异，如果我们对此不了解，在与英美人进行交往时，就会引起对方的误会，发生不必要的误解。这里我仅把英美人在问候、告辞和称呼上的礼节习惯介绍给大家，以便有助于大家的英语学习和同外国朋友的交往。
一、 Greetings 问候
我们中国人见面打招呼时习惯说：您吃过了吗?(Have you eaten? / Have you had your meal?)或者说：您上哪去?(Where are you going? )。而英美人见面时如果是上午则说：Good morning. 如果是在下午则说：Good afternoon， 在傍晚就说:Good evening. 如果与熟人打招呼则说：How are you? 如果是与较熟的人或朋友打招呼则说：Hello， 或Hi. 如果用我们中国人见面打招呼时常说的"Have you eaten?"去问候英美人，就会引起对方的误解，因为"Have you eaten?"在英语里不是打招呼用语，而是"邀请对方去吃饭"。如果见到英美人时说："Where are you
going?"他们会很转不高兴。因为"Where are you going?"对英美人来说则是"即干涉别人的`私事。"
A.二、 Parting 告辞
到别人家串门或作客，告辞时，英美人习惯说："I should go now." 或 " I'd better be going now."意思都是"我得走了"。英美人在告辞时从不说："I'll go back."(我回去了。)或"I'll go first."(我先走了。)因为在英语里， "I'll go first."的意思是："时间不早了，客人们该离开了。我先走给大家起了头，其他客人也应该马上离去。"
B.三、 Addressing People 称呼
平时，我们常听到学生称呼老师为"Teacher Wang"(王老师)，"Teacher Li"(李老师)，即便对外籍教师也是如此称呼。其实这是不符合英美人习惯的。在英语中，"teacher"不能用于称呼。那么怎么来称呼老师才符合英语习惯呢?一般来说，英美人称呼中小学的男老师为"Sir"，或Mr，女教师为"Miss"，如 Mr wang Mizhang MiGreen

听了这个笑话，你可别只顾着笑啊，要听懂还要流利正确地说出英语可不是件容易的事吧，千万不能一个单词一个单词地对照着中文意思翻译，那是会闹笑话的喔，同样的词语在不同的句子里会有不同的意思呢。不仅是语言，我们国家和西方国家在文化背景上也有着巨大的差异。
b:下面就请听英语知识园地节目
提起fish，它给人们的第一印象便是指“鱼”，实际上它的用法并非如此简单。fish用作可数名词指“鱼的条数”时单数和复数形式相同（twofish两条鱼），然而指“鱼的种类”时复数形式才为fishes（twofishes两种鱼）；
a:fish用作不可数名词时无复数形式，应作“鱼肉”解释（helpyourselftosomefish．随便吃些鱼。）；
b:fish用作动词时，它的含义又与“钓（捕）鱼”有关（gofishing去钓鱼）。
在英语口语里，fish还常常被用来指“人”，类似于汉语里的“家伙、东西”等。如：apoorfish（可怜虫），abigfish（大亨），acoolfish（无耻之徒），astrangefish（奇人、怪人）等。但必须注意的是，fish用来指人时形象虽然鲜明，但往往含有贬义。

jakki: I think the issue is that the parents are using this to intrude upon their children’s lives, both in terms of when their teenagers and so in school, but also as adults. Obviously they don’t live with their parents anymore but their parents follow them on WeChat or on Weibo. And then they actively comment and maybe get in touch directly like you know you post something at midnight then your parents call you and said “Why are you still up!” I think that’s the biggest problem. And I think as a parent you have to be very very careful because that is damaging to the relationship with your children. Especially as they get older they have a greater sense of autonomy. One of the reasons they moved out of the house is because don’t want you telling them what time to go to bed. And so I think on the one hand it’s important for parents to be involved in their children’s lives and more and more we’re seeing that are lives are happening more and more online. And so as a parent if I want to involve in my child’s life as much as possible, part of that is going to be involved their life online. But like I said there’s that very very fine line, difficult for many parents I imagine, you know when do you say something and when do you not. I think really if you want to know as much about what your kids are doing, don’t say anything, unless it’s amazingly important.
