as 是连词，所以用as时后面必须是从句。as 引导状语从句时，侧重指从句中的动作与主句中的动作同时发生或同时进行，一般持续时间不长，其谓语可以是延续性动词，也可以是瞬时动词。
with 是介词，用with 时后面只能跟名词，代词或动名词。名词性结构 + 非谓语动词，构成独立主格结构。
