信头，信头指的是发信人的地址和日期，但不要写发信人的姓名。地址写法与信封上地址的格式顺序相同；
称呼：
收信人的称呼写在信纸左侧，在信内地址一至两个行距下(若无信内地址，则向上推至信首)；
正文；
结束语：
结束语的第一个字母总是大写，后面用逗号；
签名：写信人在一般都应该在信件的结尾处亲笔签名。
