　　adj. 假冒的；假装的

　　v. 仿造；伪装；假装

　　例：This ten-dollar bill is a counterfeit.

　　例：We suspect the paper to be a counterfeit.

　　2、counterfoil

　　英 ['kantfl] ；美 ['kantrfl]

　　n. （支票；收据等的）存根；票根

　　n. 对策；反措施；反抗手段
